The WSIAT is pleased to announce the launch of WSIAT Information Sheets, a new resource designed to support parties involved in a WSIAT appeal.
These Information Sheets provide:
- General information on specific issues of appeal at WSIAT hearings
- A basic overview of the issue
- Questions and documents that may be asked about at a hearing
- Resources for finding more information on the issue
The WSIAT’s first Information Sheet on Loss of Earnings (LOE) Benefits is now available, with more to come soon.
