Notice: Call Recording at the WSIAT Call Centre

Starting January 5, 2026, all customer interactions using the WSIAT Call Centre will be recorded. This is to help us improve our service and train our staff, so we can give you the best possible experience.

When you call us, you’ll hear an automated message letting you know the call is being recorded.

Recordings will be kept for 100 days, then permanently deleted, following our WSIAT Guide to Call Centre Audio Recording Retention.

We respect your privacy and take protecting your personal information seriously. Any information you share with us is handled according to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).
