New Call Centre Phone System

We are pleased to announce the installation of a new Call Centre Phone System on November 6, 2024. This new system brings a better user experience. 

When you call us, you can expect

  1. Direct Transfers – a Customer Service Representative can connect you directly to another WSIAT staff member
  2. Call-back Options – you can choose to request a call back or leave us a voicemail message if you are on hold waiting to speak with a Customer Service Representative
  3. Skip Voicemail Greetings – you can by-pass our voicemail greetings immediately to connect with a Customer Service Representative

These changes reflect our commitment to enhancing your experience with us, incorporating feedback, and modernizing.

Our Call Centre is open for you from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
