The WSIB labour disruption is now over. The WSIB has reached an agreement with the Ontario Compensation Employees Union.
The WSIB is separate and independent from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIAT).
All of our services continue to remain available, including the processing and adjudication of appeals. The WSIAT will inform stakeholders if there is any potential impact on our services or wait times as the WSIB resumes operations on Monday July 7, 2025.
