The Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT) is offering two Representative Education Program (REP) outreach sessions to interested representatives and parties. The sessions are free of charge and will be held over Zoom, on:
- Tuesday, November 17, 2026 – 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m
- Thursday, November 19, 2026 – 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m

- Presentation on new WSIAT Practice Directions and Guides including the Guide to the Responsible Use of Generative AI in WSIAT Proceedings
- Presentation on recent WSIAT caselaw about the use of AI in WSIAT Proceedings
- Panel discussion with experienced WSIAT adjudicators on how the new PDs and Guides may affect the hearing process; and best practices for Representatives using Generative AI
