E-File and Submitting Information

What can I E-File?
You can E-File any appeal or application related document (in Adobe PDF format). This includes WSIAT forms, WSIB decisions, documentary evidence, written submissions, and receipts. You can also E-File MP4 files such as surveillance videos.
Don’t have Adobe Acrobat?
If you need to install the free Adobe Reader DC program click on the following link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/.
Don’t have a computer?
If you don't have a computer or internet access, you can visit the Ontario Workplace Tribunals Library (OWTL) at 505 University Avenue, 7th floor, and use the public computer terminal to E-File information.
How to E-File WSIAT Forms
- Find and click on the form you need.
- Type your information into the fillable fields.
- Save and name the form using the save function in Adobe. e.g., Save As: WSIAT NOA
- Click the “Submit E-File” button on the E-File instruction page. See above.
- Fill out the fields and upload your files.
- Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Click the Submit button.
How to E-File Other Documents and Videos
- Save any document(s) you want to send us on your computer in Adobe PDF format. Make sure that all videos are saved in MP4 format on your computer.
- Click the “Submit E-File” button on the E-File instruction page. See above.
- Fill out the fields and upload your files.
- Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Click the Submit button.
(Note: You can submit up to 5 files at a time. Each file can be no larger than 3 GB. If you have a file that is larger than 3 GB, contact our Call Centre for assistance.)
