Chair's Message for WSIAT's 40th Anniversary
On October 23, 2025, the WSIAT’s 40th Anniversary Symposium offered an opportunity to revisit defining moments and explore how the Tribunal continues to evolve to meet the needs of those we serve. Reflecting on the Tribunal’s past, we encourage you to explore historical stories that showcase milestones, challenges, and the collective efforts that have shaped our shared history.
Over four decades, the WSIAT has charted its course with purpose. It has refined processes, embraced innovation, and adapted to evolving needs while clearing the path toward greater access to justice.
As we look to the future, we recognize that access to justice is not a fixed point. It is an ongoing journey that requires vigilance, empathy, and courage at every turn. We remain committed to moving forward with purpose and integrity.
To our staff, adjudicators, system partners, and community: thank you. Your trust, dedication, and collaboration have shaped our journey and will continue to guide our path forward.
As we honour the road we have travelled and prepare for what lies ahead, our mission remains constant: to deliver justice that is fair, timely, and accessible to all.
